Digital Water Management Committee MOU Signing Ceremony was organized by the Shaashwat Club of JSPM’s Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering (RSCOE) on October 11, 2024. The event aimed to promote sustainability and leadership while strengthening partnerships for environmental initiatives.

27st December 2023: In Kirloskar Vasundhara Green College Clean College competition, Team Shaashwat emerged victorious, clinching the top spot regionally across Pune. Out of 15 colleges, JSMP RSCOE stood proudly in 1st place in Pune Region, and 4th place at National Level.
Jaldindi Day 2 - 22/12/2024: An interactive session at Salumbre Gram Prabodhani School educated students about water pollution. Dr. Bharti Mahajan led discussions on clean water and environmental responsibility.

The Debate Competition, the event under Sankalp 3.0 by Shaashwat Club, was successfully conducted with active participation. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Santosh Bhosle (Director), Badhade Sir (Deputy Director), and Girija Deshmukh, coordinated by Dr Bharti Mahajan. The topic was “Glacier Preservation and its Relevance to SDGs.” A total of 9 teams (2–4 members each) took part. Teams received their stance (for/against) on the spot through a coin toss. Judged by Mr. Prathmesh Kale Sir and Abhijit Pradhan Sir the competition featured strong arguments and rebuttals.
The Ideathon Competition was the event of Srushti 2K25, held on 2nd January 2025 at the MBA Seminar Hall by Shaashwat Eco Sustainability Club. The event aimed to encourage students to develop innovative ideas addressing real-world challenges linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The competition featured 18 teams, each presenting unique solutions for industrial innovation, sustainable cities, and climate action.
23rd Oct. 2024: The Shaashwat Club has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the 1st Prize at the Ideathon Competition organized during the esteemed Kirloskar Vasundhara International Film Festival.
5th March 2025: The Shaashwat Club proudly participated in the prestigious Kirloskar Vasundhara Clean College Green College International Competition, where they won the Consolation Prize in the Pune Region among over 150 participating colleges. This achievement reflects the club’s continued commitment to promoting sustainable development and environmental awareness.
The Shaashwat team coordinators taught the students of the ZP School, Village Nere, about the solar lamp assembly and usage. The coordinators divided into groups and guided students regarding the importance of solar lamp and how this shall impart technical growth reducing electricity usage.
The team coordinators visited the Gahunje gram panchayat held on 15th August 2022. This is a great platform to gather problem statements and work within the team as per the problem requirement and thus gain a vital growth. The members suggested with a variety of new engagements required in order have a smooth flow in the working of the village. Our team members actively gazed up the discussion, provided added up their ideas for encouraging a fresh perspective. Coming back with a bunch of new responsibilities and a check mark of responsibilities, team started off with the fulfilment of the requirements of the discussion.
15th August 2022
The team coordinators visited the Gahunje gram panchayat held on 15th August 2022. The day was majorly focusing on the theme of Ozone Day so in accordance to this a competition namely ‘TechTonic’ was arranged wherein there were participants from various departments who displayed their videos based on the topic given. Following to which there was prize distribution for the winners of this competition. There after an interesting and important speech by Dr. R. S. Manerikar was held in accordance to sustainability and technology and how does this affect our ozone layer. Following this a speech by BOD member of Team Shaashwat was presented along with the guidance speech by Advisory Board member.
