Administration Section Deals With Following Duties
  1. Maintaining Teaching and Non-Teaching muster.
  2. Maintaining personal files, service books, Leave records, vacation/detention records of teaching staff, non teaching & clerical staff.
  3. Staff requirement / selection / appointment, University Teacher’s approval etc.
  4. Correspondence with University, Government, DTE, AICTE etc. regarding establishment.
  5. Issue of Increment [Teaching & Non-Teaching staff]
  6. Earned Leave, Medical Leave, Visiting Lecturer, Outdoor duty, Office Orders [faculty & students], experience certificate, circulars & Notice etc of teaching staff.
  7. Maintaining of confidential report of teaching/non teaching staff increments & its correspondence.
Institutions Rules and Regulations
  1. If a student while studying in the Institute is found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the provisions of acts and laws enforced by the Government he/she will be liable to be expelled from the Institute without any notice.
  2. Ragging in any form is banned. Acts of ragging will be considered as gross indiscipline and will be dealt with severely. If a student is involved in any kind of ragging, the student is liable for strict action as per Maharashtra anti ragging act 1999,which is in effect from 15th May 1999 A Student convicted of an offence under Section 4 and punished with imprisonment for a term shall be dismissed from the educational institution.
  3. Student convicted of an offence under Section 4 and punished with imprisonment for a term of more than six months shall not be admitted in any other educational institution.
  4. Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, whenever any student complains of ragging to the Head or Manager of an educational institution, such Head or Manager shall inquire into or cause an inquiry to be made into the same forthwith and if the complaint is found true, shall suspend the student or students complained against for such periods as may be deemed necessary.
  5. If any statements/information supplied by the student in connection with his/her admission is found to be false/incorrect at any time or knowingly withholds information in any document or materials submitted to the Institute is suspect to discipline his/her admission is canceled and he/she is expelled from the Institute and fees paid forfeited.
  6. Student once admitted in the Institute has to follow dress code as well as other instructions issued from time to time.

Account Section procedure to deal with financial aspects
  • To inform the financial position of the college to the Registrar, Principal and the Management whenever required or requested.
  • To Examine and ensure that the financial norms and code are followed by the section or the department
  • To prepare and present budget estimate with the requirements collected from all Head of Departments .
  • To Prepare the budget and income - expenditure statements, maintain all accounts and get them audited.
  • To scrutinize all bills of expenditure before recommendations for payment
  • To watch progress of the expenditure of fees grants etc.
  • To ensure various payments made from the college funds are within budget provision an with the sanction of competent authorities.
  • To attend the correspondence with state, Central Govt, U.G.C. and other higher authorities with the assistance of the Assistant accountant.
  • Liaison with other of finances such as Income Tax, Professional Tax, Provident Fund etc.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation statement budget and final accounts of funds.
  • To ensure accuracy in bank reconciliation statement and budget final account assigned

Admission Section

Eligibility Criteria For First Year Engineering Admissions
    Undergraduate
  • We look after the application and admission process of potential and current applicants to full-time undergraduate degree course.
Eligibility Criteria (Engineering)
(A)First Year
1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate.

The Candidate should be an Indian National; Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks(at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together. Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only). Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only). Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.


2) All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates.

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.


(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.


OR

(ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).


OR

(ii) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by University Grants Commission and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).


(iii) Obtained score in CET or JEE Main Paper I.


*Note: (Dear Students, as per the admission and eligibility Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015) it is mandatory for all the students to fill in the online application form on DTE Maharashtra portal to seek “Inter-Se-Merit”. Students with “Inter-Se-Merit no’s are only eligible for engineering admission 2016-17)


B) Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry),- For Maharashtra .

State Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate.

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.

(ii) Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.

(iii) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed HSC with Mathematics as a subject Provided that students belonging to this category shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering Program along with second year subjects.

How to apply

Candidates are advised to follow the rules for admission to First Year Engineering and direct admission to Second Year Engineering degree courses as published by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State from time to time. However some of the basic guidelines are given below. All the candidates are advised to submit their applications to the Admission Authorities notified by the Government of Maharashtra on or before the last date of application, unless specified differently elsewhere.


Fee Structure

The fee structure of the college will be as per the approval by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti.

Postgraduate

We look after the application and admission process of potential and current applicants to full-time Postgraduate degree course.

Eligibility

1) For Maharashtra Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates.


(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.


(ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only).


(iii) Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought.


(iv) Obtained score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology.


(v) For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.


2) Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.


(i) Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government Approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 % marks


(ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought


(iii) Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time. An Admission Committee is responsible for overseeing the applications process to one or more of the above faculties. The Admission Committee will advise on entry requirements to specific courses, on application procedures etc. All decisions on admission are taken by the admission committee.
